O XapFest consiste num concurso aberto a todos os programadores residentes em Portugal Continental e Ilhas, no qual os mesmos são desafiados a mostrar as suas aplicações ou jogos para Windows Phone 7 a um juri que os irá avaliar no sentido de escolher uma de entre as várias propostas para premiá-la e promovê-la.

Onde posso começar já e obter as ferramentas de desenvolvimento e ajuda?

Aqui ficam alguns links úteis para quem desejar começar a criar a sua aplicação ou jogo:

A regras a aplicar ao presente desafio são as seguintes:

A aplicação deverá ser para o sistema operativo Windows Phone 7.
A aplicação ou jogo deverá ser enviado no formato XAP.
As aplicações concorrentes devem dar entrada até às 23:00h do dia 19 de Novembro de 2010.
Critérios de escolha:
- Potencial de utilização (definido pelo público-alvo, bem como o potencial interesse do mesmo tendo em conta as funcionalidades oferecidas);
- Inovação da Aplicação (definido pela existência ou não de aplicações idênticas ou semelhantes, equais os factores inovadores que a destacam das existentes);
- Design e usabilidade (Estética e facilidade de utilização da aplicação);
